Food and Medicinal Uses:
Eaten fresh in salads.
Rich in vitamins A, B2, C, D, and E, and contains iodine.
Treats canker sores and blisters in the mouth.
Also medicine for skin issues, fevers, rheumatism, asthma, bronchitis, and liver, heart, and kidney problems.
CAUTION: Watercress looks very similar to poison hemlock.
